When can I expect to receive my report?

You can expect an accurate report before the end of the inspection day. We pride ourselves on delivering same day reports so that you never have to wait. This way you can continue to work smoothly and efficiently without having to put other tasks on hold.

What path does my claim take through your system?

Once submitted, our staff verifies that all information in your claim has been entered properly. Then, if necessary, they schedule an inspection appointment and pass it off to our Team Leaders, who assign it to the best Inspector for the job. Once on the field, our Inspector fills out the required scope sheets, takes/labels all necessary pictures, and writes a claim report. Once complete, this is sent to our Quality Assurance team, who makes sure it’s all up to standards and useful for the adjuster. Finally, it is put into a folder and sent to the adjuster in any format they desire.
